I’m sure your mind is racing with all that needs to be planned. It’s all very exciting but it can also be somewhat overwhelming. You’re planning the day that you’ve been anticipating your whole life and yet you only get one shot at it! By the time you get the hang of it, the planning is over!
My goal as a wedding photographer is to make this one aspect of the planning process simple. Photography is more than just images, it’s a real part of your day. Not only do you deserve beautiful images, you also deserve an amazing photographic experience. When my couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, that results in genuine, joyful images! Your wedding day is an experience from beginning to end and your photography is a huge part of that experience..... shouldn’t it be fun? and enjoyable? and natural? I think so! My goal is to not only capture memories for my clients, it’s to create an experience that they will never forget.

One way I ensure that my brides and grooms enjoy the BEST photographic experience possible is through forming a relationship with my couples. I try my best to make sure that all of my couples are the perfect fit for us before officially booking. A bride and groom should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be EXCITED about the whole process with them! Before booking, I love meeting my clients over a FaceTime call to ensure we are the perfect fit. After booking, I love getting to know my clients through an Engagement Session that helps them warm up to the camera so that they are ready to rock and roll on the wedding day! By the time the wedding day arrives, my clients feel more like friends and that creates a safe and relaxed environment for photography! bridal session
A bridal session is a one-hour photography session prior to your actual wedding day where you put on your dress and have bridal portraits taken of yourself in your complete bridal look. Most of my brides choose to do this on the same day they do their hair and makeup trial, and I always recommend collaborating with your florist to create a bouquet to finish off the bridal look.

An engagement session is a one-hour photography session. During your engagement session, you’ll have the chance to get to know me, experience how I shoot, and how I handle posing and lighting. This session will make a huge impact on how the wedding day flows. I’ll arrive on your wedding day already knowing how you two interact, what your best poses are, and how to photograph you in a genuine way. What I will learn about you during your engagement session is invaluable. You will feel like such a pro on your big day because of the great practice you had during your engagement session, and that’s how it should be!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
A: I love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) I teach my couples how to pose, model and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from me!
Q: how do we get started?
A: I schedule FaceTime calls with each potential client to ensure that we are the right fit, and answer any questions you may have. The next step is to schedule our call, and then once we have decided we are the perfect fit I will send a booking proposal. I will create an online proposal that will walk you through the package and when you’re ready you can save your date by signing your contract and paying your deposit online. Q: how many images do we receive?
A: I average 75-100 images per hour that I’m shooting. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I was in your shoes!
Q: how much coverage do we need?
A: I am often asked if 8 or 10 hours is enough time to capture the full wedding story and the answer is yes! My main goal right now is securing and saving your date. You can always add additional coverage as we get closer to the big day and I have a good idea of your timeline.

When I was younger, I would sit for hours and sift through the box of older prints, scans, and photo albums. It was and still is one of my favorite things to do. I would often ask my parents who were those people with the funny hairstyles or funky clothes. I believe photos should live beyond an online gallery or the tiny squares in our phones. Technology is ever-changing, forever keeping us on our toes with how to make sure our photos never get lost. Printed albums are tangible heirlooms that allow your children, and great-grandchildren to hold a piece of the story as if they were there in the moment all along. I offer these albums in your online gallery store!
