During the spring and summer months, our outdoor space comes to life with a cottage-inspired side garden, complete with a white picket fence, a full wall of diagonal-climbing clematis, raised garden beds, and more.

Brooke Elisabeth Studio rentals are non-refundable.
Weekend rentals (Saturday–Sunday): Dates may be rescheduled up to one week before the confirmed rental date.
Weekday rentals (Monday–Friday): Dates may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the confirmed rental date.
All reschedules must take place within 30 days of the original booking date. If the 30-day window has passed, a new booking fee will be required.

The studio does not have a bathroom on site. However, there is a private changing room with electricity available for hair and makeup touch-ups. Please remind clients to use the public restroom facilities before their studio rental.
